The room was incredibly comfortable and provided enhanced comfort and quality services. The staff members were cheerful and efficient, making my check-in and check-out process a breeze. I appreciated the level of security provided, as it made me feel secure throughout my stay. I would definitely return for another stay.

Except the location and room facility nothing is worth mentioning here.

Very poor service, staff not equipped to take decisions, breakfast is not provided as promised.

I must pay more respect the contract, was in rupies and they say that they use dollars, but in the contract was not write, so was steel money, is not correct and for this they lose a client, and they want I pay each day 300 rupies more for wifi when in contract was write that was free and if I don't contest they ask me this money...they try to steel in any way, they are not correct!

During our stay, we enjoyed the excellent location of the hotel which was in close proximity to major attractions. We were pleased with the comfortable room which had a modern bathroom and a cozy bed. The friendly and attentive staff provided exceptional service throughout our stay. We also appreciated the tasty and filling breakfast that was served daily. the hotel had great facilities including a sidewalk cafe and wood-fired pizza.

Staff were very helpful and good location in centre of town. Good value for money. WiFi worked well and properly.

Decor is a bit dated perhaps.

Had a great Easter weekend at this hotel. The breakfast buffet had a good selection of food and the staff was friendly. The hotel’s location was perfect as it was close to shopping areas and public transportation. We also enjoyed the wood-fired pizza at the sidewalk café.

The noise level at the hotel was a bit high at night and made it difficult to sleep. , the shower didn’t work properly and the sockets were outdated making it difficult to charge electronic devices.

The restaurant staff is the most considerate I've found in India. They are courteous, efficient and friendly. They are the stars of this hotel.

The reception staff is the least efficient I've had the displeasure to meet.

They delayed my checkout which caused me to miss my flight from Bangalore to Goa on 27/8/11. I had to purchase new tickets for me and 4 other friends.very costly lesson for me. Will never stay in nahar heritage hotel again.

They were flexible about checkout and check in times. we checked in at 5.30AM and left next day at 9 pm. They charged for 2 days.

Only vegetarian resataurant. Poor menu

The hotel lobby is in the basement and it is inconvenient to carry the luggage by self in absence of the porter.
